Melaka was once a bustling trading port. It is one of Malaysia’s most popular tourist destinations and was crowned a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2008 to protect the ancient architecture. Check out Chinatown and the famous Jonker Street known for its vibrant night market and popular antique shops. Well-organised with a wide array of stalls, polite and friendly hawkers, ubiquitous bargains as well as live music coursing throughout the area manifests a lively street party-like atmosphere.
One of the city’s most defining structure is the Christ Church. Built by the Dutch, you’ll find the bright red church on Church Street and it is instantly recognisable. The interior of the cathedral has 200 year-old handmade pews, decorative fanlights and plaques that honour Dutch soldiers. There’s plenty of local history and culture to experience here from days gone by. Or perhaps just sit back at the Geographer Cafe and enjoy some fantastic food a mixture of Asian and Western pub style and a cold beverage. The building is beautifully preserved and is a historical artefact in itself!

If unable to select new dates, a credit valid for 12 months may be offered.

PAYMENT PLANS:

All payment plans incur a 2% surcharge, paid with the deposit.
If the wrong plan is selected, a $25 fee will be charged to manually amend all invoices.
