CANCELLATION POLICY:

PAYMENT PLANS:

All payment plans incur a 2% surcharge, paid with the deposit.
If the wrong plan is selected, a $25 fee will be charged to manually amend all invoices.
DOMESTIC FLIGHTS TRANSFERS:
Baggage Allowance:
Checked luggage: 20 kg per passenger.
Hand luggage: 1 piece not exceeding 5 kg (maximum dimensions: 20 x 12 x 7 inches) (Note: smaller than international cabin luggage allowances). Please be advised that any hand luggage exceeding these size limitations must be checked in as part of the checked baggage. In such cases, it will not be considered hand luggage and will count toward the 20 kg checked baggage allowance. If the total checked baggage exceeds 20 kg per passenger, excess baggage charges will apply and must be settled accordingly.
Infants: No baggage allowance.
Excess baggage: USD 4.53 per kg plus applicable taxes, payable directly to the domestic flight provider.
Booking Requirements:
Full international flight details must be provided 2 weeks prior to arrival to ensure the best connections.
Final details and amendments must be submitted 10 days before arrival to ensure same-day transfers.
Full names as they appear on passports, along with passport copies (if possible), and flight details are required.
If the date of the international flight is different from the date of check-in and check-out from the resort, it should be clearly communicated and reconfirmed along with the original booking request. Last-minute changes will incur additional charges.
Last-Minute Changes:
Rebooking/cancellations within 96 hours of travel: USD 120 per person.
Name changes during check-in: USD 50 per person. This fee will be invoiced separately to the agent. It is the agent’s responsibility to ensure that the names provided at the time of the original reservation match exactly with the names on the clients’ passports.
Check-in:
Check-in counters open 2 hours before departure and close 1 hour prior.
Minimum connection time at Velana International Airport: 2 hours between domestic and international flights.
At Velana International Airport, Immigration and luggage clearance usually takes about 30 minutes. However, it could take one hour during peak times with multiple flight arrivals. Therefore, it is recommended to allow one hour for this process.
Late Arrivals at Male’ International Airport:
After 14:25 hrs: Connection to the afternoon flight cannot be guaranteed. Guests may need to wait for the night flight (6+ hours) or book a day-use room or Male’ city tour at an additional cost.
After 22:00 hrs: Same-day transfer to the resort cannot be guaranteed. Overnight accommodation in Male’ or Hulhumale can be arranged at the guest’s expense.
The Resort is not responsible for any compensation for long waiting, nor for arranging day-use accommodation or the Male’ city tour, though assistance can be provided to the agent or client. If clients do not wish to travel on the late-night flight, it is recommended to book overnight accommodation at an extra cost and arrange the first flight the following day. The agent must clearly communicate these details to the client, ensuring they are fully aware of the situation and recommending international flights with better domestic transfer connections.
Early Departures from Male’ International Airport
Before 09:00 hrs: Guests will be transferred on the last evening flight of the previous day. Accommodation in Male’ can be booked at an additional cost.
