2020 has been a hard year for pretty much everyone in Australia and all over the world. As a small, family run travel agency we have also felt the wrath of the pandemic. However, we have flipped this year on its head and taken the time to build an entire new website and give our policies and procedures a complete overhaul, so we are ready to take the bull by the horns when the time comes. 

Many customers have asked (the very blunt yet important) question “Are you going to go broke?” short answer, absolutely not! We’re here for the long run and you can’t get rid of us that easily hehe! As an online company we are able to reduce our overheads to the bare minimum, while all the time maintaining that very important level of customer service. 

We have also just renewed our ATAS Accreditation for the third time. We are so proud to be part of the ATAS team as only the very best travel agencies in Australia bear the ATAS insignia.

Attaining ATAS accreditation is a significant achievement for any Australian travel agent. To become ATAS accredited, travel agents must successfully complete a rigorous application process and meet the strictest criteria. Furthermore, they must maintain these standards of professionalism to retain their ATAS accreditation.
