Schedule of Fees

BOOKING DEPOSIT

For customers that wish to pay via a payment plan we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This deposit is on the whole transition amount and only available for tours at least 6 months in advance and over $1000. Our payment plan service incurs a 2% surcharge.

CREDIT CARD FEES

A fee of 2% applies to all credit card transactions. This fee is built into the advertised tour price so there are no nasty surprises at the checkout. The credit card fee is non-refundable.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be less our 2% credit card fee and $50 admin fee. All international payments will also be subject to a currency conversion determined by our bank at time of processing.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you activate our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee this is subject to a $50 admin fee per person, plus the above non refundable credit card fee

AMENDMENTS TO TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS – LAND ONLY

Any alteration made to an initiated or confirmed land only itinerary [Travel Date / Name Change / Destination] booked via MyHoliday2’s website will incur a service fee of $100 per person, plus any additional fees that may incur as a result of the change [e.g non-refundable services already booked by the supplier, high season departure date, issue of new internal flight, train tickets etc]

AMENDMENTS TO TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS – FLIGHT AND LAND

The flight portion of any flight and land package is completely non-changeable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the specific airline and will depend on the class of ticket booked.

If you would like to make any alteration to your booking prior to the air tickets being issued, this will incur a service fee of $100 per person, plus any additional fees that may incur as a result of the change [e.g non-refundable services already booked by the supplier, high season departure date, issue of new internal flight, train tickets etc]

Any additional fees determined by the airline for changes will apply. These include their change fees and any difference in airfare cost for the new travel dates. MyHoliday2 has no control over the airlines additional service fees. The majority of tickets issued are non-changeable and non-refundable.

TRIP EXTENSIONS – FLIGHT AND LAND

Extend your outbound or return flight on any tour package including flights from $200-$250 per person, plus any difference in airfares, surcharges and taxes if applicable.

PAYMENT PLAN AMENDMENTS

If you booked a trip on a payment plan and would to make alterations to that plan or associated invoices, a service fee of $25 will apply. Requested amendments are subject to approval and depend on the package booked. Please contact MyHoliday2.

A $25 service fee will also apply, if the incorrect payment plan is chosen at time of booking and our team are required to make manual amendments. Multiple plans may appear at checkout, therefore it is the customers responsibility to ensure you choose the correct plan in line with your departure date to avoid this fee.

TAILOR MADE PACKAGES / ALTERNATIVE DEPARTURE DATES

MyHoliday2 can offer variations of most of our tour packages to suit individual needs. 

A service fee $100 per person will apply for any itinerary amendments [plus any difference in cost that may arise from alternate travel dates, change of hotels, additional days etc]

If you want a more relaxed pace, shorter duration, or visit additional destinations please contact us for a tailor-made version of that tour.

ALTERNATIVE DEPARTURE DATES

To set you own departure date with a group of less than 10 people a per person fee will apply depending on the tour.

With a group of 10 or more people no fee will be charged.
