CHILDREN POLICY:
Children under the age of 2 travel free of charge in existing bedding
Children aged 2-9 receive a child discount.
Children aged 10+ are classified as adults.
Child discounts are only applicable if travelling with two full paying adults.
Maximum room capacity is 2 adults and 1 child.
AMENDMENTS:
Any amendments are subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
Any changes will incur a $100 per person amendment fee PLUS any additional fees applied by the supplier.
All changes must be requested in writing.
No changes can be made within 90 days of departure. The standard cancellation policy will apply.
If unable to select new dates, a credit valid for 12 months may be offered.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are subject to MyHoliday2’s Terms and Conditions.
Refunds and credits will be offered in accordance with MyHoliday2’s Refund Policy.
PAYMENT PLANS:

All payment plans incur a 2% surcharge, paid with the deposit.
If the wrong plan is selected, a $25 fee will be charged to manually amend all invoices.

FLIGHT DELAY IN LUKLA:
Sometimes flights to and from Lukla may be delayed or cancelled due to the unpredictable mountain weather conditions. We have kept one extra day at the end of the itinerary to use in the case of flight delay. However, in the unlikely event the flight is cancelled for 2 or more days we will charter a helicopter to ensure you are on your scheduled flight home. The cost of this extra service is payable directly to our office in Kathmandu by either US cash, or credit cards (Visa Cards, Master Cards only) to which we will give you receipt so you can claim the amount from your insurance. The minimum cost will be US$500 and maximum US$3500 depending on the number of people. Flight delays are most likely to occur during the wet season of July and August.
INSURANCE/RESCUE/EVACUATION:
In case of a serious sickness or a casualty while you are on Everest Base Camp trek, we will do everything to transfer you to the nearest hospital safely. You are entirely liable for all the expenses incurred in evacuation/rescue, so, please make sure that these expenses are covered by your insurance policy to avoid hefty fees.
