Day 1: Windhoek, Namibia ~ Namib Desert
Depart Windhoek this morning after a short briefing at 08:00am and travel south through rolling hills before descending onto the vast desert plains. Stop at the small settlement of Solitaire, famous for its apple tart (own expense), before continuing to your lodge in the Namib Desert. Arrive in the afternoon and take in the incredible open landscapes.

Day 2: Namib Desert ~ Sossusvlei & Deadvlei
Today, depart early morning to visit Namib Naukluft National Park and explore the remarkable landscapes of Sossusvlei and Deadvlei. These clay pans, formed by the Tsauchab River, are surrounded by towering orange sand dunes and ancient camel thorn trees. Enjoy time to walk through this unique desert environment and take in the striking scenery before returning to the lodge in the afternoon.

Day 3: Namib Desert ~ Swakopmund
After breakfast, depart the Namib Desert and travel towards the coastal town of Swakopmund. Along the way, stop at the Tropic of Capricorn for photos before continuing to Walvis Bay. Visit the lagoon to see flocks of flamingos and other birdlife in the shallow waters, then continue north along the coast to Swakopmund.
Arrive in the afternoon and enjoy time at leisure. Take a walk along the beachfront or explore the town, known for its German colonial architecture and relaxed coastal atmosphere. This evening, you may choose to enjoy dinner at a local restaurant (own expense).

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk through the Tsisab Ravine to view ancient rock art, including the famous White Lady painting. This short walk follows a dry riverbed and offers insight into the region’s rich cultural history.

Day 6: Brandberg ~ Etosha National Park
Depart Brandberg this morning and travel towards Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Arrive in the afternoon and begin your first game drive, exploring the vast salt pan and surrounding waterholes where wildlife gathers.
Etosha, known as the Great White Place, is centred around a large salt pan and offers incredible opportunities to see elephants, lions, giraffes and a variety of plains game. This evening, relax at the floodlit waterhole at your camp, where nocturnal animals such as black rhino and lions may come to drink.

Continue across the park towards Namutoni, where you will arrive in the afternoon. The remainder of the day is at leisure to relax or continue viewing wildlife around the camp.

Spend the morning game driving in Etosha National Park, making the most of your final wildlife viewing opportunities as you exit the park. Continue your journey towards the Grootfontein region, travelling through changing landscapes.
En route, visit the Hoba Meteorite, the largest known meteorite on Earth, weighing over 60 tonnes. After your visit, continue to your lodge where you will arrive in the late afternoon.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise on the Chobe River, one of the highlights of the region. Cruise along the river as elephants, hippos and other wildlife gather at the water’s edge. Take in the incredible scenery as the sun sets over the park.
