2020 has been a hard year for pretty much everyone in Australia and all over the world. As a small, family run travel agency we have also felt the wrath of the pandemic. However, we have flipped this year on its head and taken the time to build an entire new website and give our policies and procedures a complete overhaul, so we are ready to take the bull by the horns when the time comes.
Many customers have asked (the very blunt yet important) question “Are you going to go broke?” short answer, absolutely not! We’re here for the long run and you can’t get rid of us that easily hehe! As an online company we are able to reduce our overheads to the bare minimum, while all the time maintaining that very important level of customer service.
