TRAVEL CONSULTANTS (FULL & PART-TIME)

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our fast growing team! The role will suit someone with a love of travel and customer service. You do not need to have previous travel agency experience, but previous experience in customers service and excellent people skills and phone manner is a must! A passion for travel will also help! 

The role is office based in Townsville, weekdays 9-5. 

Tasks & Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering new customer enquiries over the phone and email and live chat
  • Advising customers on our packages, inclusions, flights etc
  • Providing exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • Dealing with existing customers and enquiries
  • Managing existing bookings, upgrades, upselling etc
  • Recording data with exceptional attention to detail
  • Work as part of a team
  • Other tasks that may be required
