TRAVEL CONSULTANTS (FULL & PART-TIME)
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our fast growing team! The role will suit someone with a love of travel and customer service. You do not need to have previous travel agency experience, but previous experience in customers service and excellent people skills and phone manner is a must! A passion for travel will also help!
The role is office based in Townsville, weekdays 9-5.
Tasks & Responsibilities Include:
- Answering new customer enquiries over the phone and email and live chat
- Advising customers on our packages, inclusions, flights etc
- Providing exceptional level of customer service at all times
- Dealing with existing customers and enquiries
- Managing existing bookings, upgrades, upselling etc
- Recording data with exceptional attention to detail
- Work as part of a team
- Other tasks that may be required
