ARCTIC SUPERIOR CABIN 10-11 m2
These comfortable, outside cabins for up to two people on the upper deck have bathrooms with shower/WC, and separate beds. Windows. TV. Talk to us to find your preferred cabin.
MINI SUITES 17-23 m2
These comfortable suites on the upper deck have double beds, and most have sofa groups as well. The suites also have TV, internet access, minibar, and a great view. Transfers are not included with this package, however the cruise terminal is only 15 minutes from the airport and there is a shuttle service that departs hourly to the Hurtigruten cruise terminal, and back again. The cost is approximately AUD$40 per person per way and you can book on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS ~ BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
IF HURTIGRUTEN CANCELS YOUR VOYAGE:
We will offer a full refund (including deposit), a free rebooking, or a credit voucher for the land portion only. The deposit on the flight portion is non-refundable. If flights have already been ticketed prior to the cruise being cancelled, airline refund policies will apply.
UP TO FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE:
We will waive rebooking fees if you wish to change your date for any reason.
You’ll need to change your voyage before your final payment due date and select a new travel date within 12 months of your original booking departure date. When you rebook, you’ll also need to cover any fare increase for your new voyage, if applicable.
AFTER FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE:
If COVID affects your journey, you will receive a free date change or credit voucher. If flights have been ticketed, airline policies will apply.
COVID affecting your journey means that you are unable to travel to the port of embarkation due to requirement to quarantine, a travel ban in either your home country or country of embarkation, a positive COVID test, a government issued order to self-isolate or a requirement to be vaccinated and you are unable to be vaccinated. This will be assessed at 30 days prior to the voyage/tour commencing.
ON BOARD CREDIT:
– The offer is for onboard credits, ‘OBC’ per person. Amount varies by cabin type and itinerary as specified and is applicable to the first 2 guests only in a cabin.

– Onboard credits expire at the conclusion of your voyage, are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. Credits can only be spent when on board the ship and cannot be utilised during land portions of tours.

Any required extensions to flights must be made prior to tickets being issued. If customer requests to change their outbound/return date after tickets are issued, request shall be denied.
Name changes are not permitted. Should a name change be required a full new ticket shall be issued and customers will be required to purchase a new ticket at market rate.
